Join Our Finance Team as a Transactional Assistant! The purpose of this post is to deliver high-quality administrative support within Orwell’s Finance department. You will play a key part in supporting both the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions, while also taking on additional responsibilities as delegated. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about accuracy and efficiency in financial processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide effective and efficient support for credit control and debt recovery.
  • Review and maintain accurate month-end reports.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication.
  • Prepare, raise, and process supplier and customer invoices.
  • Assist with sales and purchase ledger reconciliation.
  • Resolve invoice queries, generate statements, and process remittances.

Qualifications

GCSE Grade C or equivalent in Maths and English Language is essential.
