The predicted salary is between 18900 - 23100 £ per year.
We’re looking for a Gardener to support the day-to-day delivery of grounds maintenance, estate management, and improvement works across Leeds Federated.
What you’ll do:
- Carry out grounds and estate maintenance across communal areas, following set schedules and instructions.
- Complete grounds maintenance tasks including grass cutting, planting, fencing, and litter picking.
- Use tools, equipment, and machinery safely and report any issues or defects.
- Always follow health and safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE.
- Engage positively with tenants and represent Leeds Federated in a professional manner.
- Work cooperatively with colleagues to ensure high standards are maintained.
What we’re looking for:
- Some experience in gardening, grounds maintenance or a practical outdoor role.
- Reliable, organised, and able to manage your daily workload.
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- A positive attitude and commitment to delivering good customer service.
- Hold a full UK driving licence (essential).
