Your ability to build strong relationships—both internally and externally—will help you influence key stakeholders and drive continuous improvement across the organisation. You’ll use data, insight and assurance to support decision‑making and ensure we’re not only compliant but always moving forward. Calm and resilient under pressure, you’ll approach challenges with a solutions‑focused mindset and a willingness to innovate. You’ll be someone who leads with integrity, openness and a commitment to diversity and inclusion, and who naturally works in a way that brings people together. You’ll also hold a recognised professional Health & Safety qualification, with Chartered IOSH status preferred.
