We’re currently looking for an Assistant Asset Data Manager to join our team.
Role and responsibilities
- You’ll be responsible for the delivery of the Asset Management Strategy by maintaining accurate property data, analysing stock condition information, and helping to plan and deliver effective maintenance and investment programmes.
- The role involves supporting contract management, ensuring compliance with health and safety and statutory requirements, and using asset data to inform long-term planning and decision-making.
- You’ll work closely with colleagues to improve data quality, deliver value for money, and help ensure homes are safe, well-maintained, and meet agreed standards.
