As part of the local business community since 2003, we are an award‑winning organisation, providing management and maintenance services to around 7,000 residential, commercial and public buildings throughout the Borough, including the Council housing stock, Colchester Castle and Colchester Town Hall. We are seeking a proactive candidate to provide tenancy management services for Colchester City Council Sheltered Housing stock.
About you
We are particularly interested in attracting a highly motivated and organised candidate with Housing Management and Customer Service experience. If you are a customer and solution‑focused individual who enjoys a challenge and feel you can make a difference, we would like to hear from you.
