Key Responsibilities
- Provide support with daily living, including personal care, mobility, social activities, mealtimes and medication.
- Build positive, person‑centred relationships and offer emotional support.
- Use clear communication, listening and observation skills, including recording and reporting in care plans.
- Support people with a range of health needs, including dementia, mental health conditions and end‑of‑life care.
- Maintain an understanding of safeguarding responsibilities and act appropriately.
- Contribute to person‑centred care planning focused on individual needs rather than tasks.

- Care Certificate desirable.
