Carecall Team Leader

Permanent, Full Time (37 hours per week)

We have a vacancy for a Carecall Team Leader, who will assist in managing the 24/7, 365 days a year Carecall Service, providing a high-quality falls response service that meets customers’ needs and supports them to remain living independently in their own homes. In conjunction with the Operations Manager, the role involves securing new business, engaging with team members, and achieving the best outcomes for customers.

Main Objectives of the Carecall Team Leader

  • Line management responsibility for a team of Carecall Officers.
  • Increase client base as a key priority and identify marketing opportunities.
  • Ensure the service operates compliantly and in line with the TSA Quality Standards Framework.
  • Work innovatively to identify new opportunities to improve the Carecall service.
  • Develop Carecall’s technology-enabled care offer in line with sector developments, assessing risk and working effectively with in-house teams and external statutory and voluntary agencies (such as Social Care) for customer benefit.

We are looking for someone with previous experience working with vulnerable individuals in a supportive capacity, empowering customers to achieve successful outcomes. Passion, self-motivation, persistence, and determination are essential skills for engaging and supporting customers with complex needs.

Candidates should have robust IT skills to manage caseloads effectively and utilize Microsoft packages. Experience in clear and accurate recording of customer interventions is also required.

A driving licence and access to a vehicle are necessary for this role.
