We’re seeking organised and customer-focused Administrators to join our Property Services Team. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and motivated individual to play a key role in delivering high-quality administrative support and outstanding customer service, helping us provide excellent services to our customers and communities.
About The Role
As an Administrator, you’ll provide efficient, customer-focused administrative support to both internal and external customers across a wide range of administrative and customer service activities. You'll be responsible for ensuring enquiries are handled effectively, records are maintained accurately, and services are delivered to a high standard.
The role is based at either our Newburn or Greengates office, with a combination of office and home working available, subject to having a suitable quiet workspace and reliable internet connection at home. You’ll also play an important role in supporting our office-based services and contributing to the smooth running of day-to-day operations.

About You
We're looking forwell-organised individuals with excellent communication and customer service skills who can respond effectively to the changing needs of the service.
You’ll be confident working in a fast-paced environment, able to manage competing priorities and deadlines, and capable of remaining calm under pressure. Most importantly, you'll be committed to delivering the highest level of service to both internal and external customers and working collaboratively as part of a supportive team.
Whether you already have administration experience or are looking to build on your existing skills, you'll bring a positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and a willingness to learn and develop.

You’ll be joining our Administration Team, led by Marion Morton, Administration Team Manager. Our team plays a vital role in supporting Property Services, delivering efficient administrative support and excellent customer service to colleagues and customers across the organisation.

Salary is £26,182 per annum
Location: Based at either our Newburn or Greengates office
37 hours per week with agile working
