The predicted salary is between 1300 - 1600 £ per month.

1 x 20 hours per week fixed term until 10th July 2026 – Mon - Friday (Mornings/lunchtime - 4 hours a day). Colchester Borough Homes (CBH) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Colchester City Council. As part of the local business community since 2003, we are an award‑winning organisation, providing management and maintenance services to around 7,000 residential, commercial and public buildings throughout the Borough, including the Council housing stock, Colchester Castle and Colchester Town Hall. We are seeking a proactive candidate to provide Tenancy management services for Colchester City Council Sheltered Housing stock.

About you: We are particularly interested in attracting a highly motivated and organised candidate with Housing Management and Customer Service experience.
