Fiona and the team are looking for an experienced housing professional to join us as Area Housing Manager. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will work as part of a team of three Area Housing Managers, each managing Housing Officers and Housing Coordinators to deliver safe, well-managed neighbourhoods and excellent services for our residents.

You will bring strong housing management knowledge, confidence in dealing with complex cases, income collection, and a positive, can-do approach to improving performance and outcomes. Experience in income management would be ideal, helping the team to maximise rent collection, sustain tenancies, address arrears at an early stage and share effective practices across the service.

This role is community-focused and requires regular visibility with colleagues, residents and partners, so working from our office and out in our communities for four days each week is an essential part of the role.

Please note that we do not offer sponsorship for this position. Applicants must have the right to work in the UK.

Closing Date for all applications is by 5pm on Monday 21st September 2026.

Location: Bridge Mills Business Centre, Stramongate, Kendal LA9 4BD
