Kingdom Support and Care is seeking an outstanding Support & Care Director to lead a high-performing service and help shape the future of care across our communities. This is a critical leadership role where you’ll set direction, drive performance, and champion person‑centred services ensuring customers receive the highest standards of care every day.

You will lead the Support & Care business, working closely with the Executive Team and Board to deliver strategic priorities, strengthen performance, and embed a customer‑first culture throughout the organisation. From shaping strategy to empowering teams, you’ll ensure services are high‑quality, sustainable, and continuously improving.

We are looking for an experienced senior leader with a strong track record in the care and support sector.
