Albyn Housing Society is seeking a proactive Senior Property Services Officer – Assets and Repairs to lead the Property Services team and ensure our homes are well maintained. You will drive repairs performance, monitor budgets and support long-term investment decisions with asset data.
You’ll manage contractor performance, contribute to planned investment programmes and participate in an on-call rota a few times per year, with hybrid office/remote work and occasional site visits.
