The Role
Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will lead a high‑quality finance business partnering function, providing insight, challenge and support to drive organisational performance and value for money.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading finance business partnering across Trust
- Developing budgets, forecasts and financial plans
- Producing management information and performance analysis
- Supporting value for money and continuous improvement initiatives
- Strengthening financial controls and governance
- Working closely with operational teams and senior leaders
- Leading, coaching and developing finance colleagues
- Contributing to the wider management team

You will have strong finance business partnering experience, excellent relationship‑building skills and the ability to turn financial insight into business improvement.
