Are you an experienced housing professional? If so, this could be an ideal opportunity for you! We are looking for a full‑time Housing Officer to join our talented and dedicated Housing Services Team.

You will have a key role in delivering a customer‑focused service to applicants and tenants within the Tweeddale area, with duties including:

  • Allocations
  • Void management
  • Rent arrears
  • Tenancy and estate management

You will have excellent organisational and communication skills and relevant experience of housing management, preferably with membership or partial qualification of the CIH. A good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and computerised rent accounting systems is desirable.

The post requires a flexible, dedicated and highly motivated individual. You should be passionate about ensuring our customers receive only the highest quality service, and innovative in your approach to deliver solutions.

A full, current driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential as the post involves regular travel. Appointment will be subject to a satisfactory Standard Disclosure.
