Kingdom Support & Care is seeking an outstanding Support & Care Director to lead a high-performing service and help shape the future of care across our communities. This is a critical leadership role where you’ll set direction, drive performance, and champion person‑centred services ensuring customers receive the highest standards of care every day.
You will lead the Support & Care business, working closely with the Executive Team and Board to deliver strategic priorities, strengthen performance, and embed a customer‑first culture throughout the organisation.
