The Role:
To deliver high-quality customer service and administrative support, contributing to the effective management and maintenance of the Association’s housing stock. The role involves working collaboratively with tenants, owners, contractors and other partners to ensure responsive, compliant, and efficient maintenance services. To support the end-to-end maintenance process, including coordinating works, managing expenditure within agreed limits, and monitoring all aspects of the maintenance service to ensure a safe and well-maintained living environment for residents.
