Almond is seeking a Debt Recovery Officer to join our Housing Management team in Livingston.
The role focuses on recovering rental and housing-related debts while supporting customers and ensuring actions align with policies and legislation.
You will liaise with tenants, solicitors and external agencies, respond to enquiries with empathy, and prepare reports and write-off recommendations as part of a continuous improvement approach to debt recovery.
