Blackwood is seeking a Compliance Officer within the Housing Services team to monitor landlord health and safety compliance programmes and ensure actions are progressed with accurate records. You will oversee gas, electrical, fire safety, asbestos, water hygiene, legionella, damp and mould compliance, coordinating inspections and certificates with contractors and colleagues.
The role requires a CIH Level 3 qualification or equivalent experience, with a reliable, methodical approach.
