Are you ready to make an impact and elevate our housing services? We’re looking for a Housing Coordinator to join our team on a permanent basis. You will help propel our housing team towards excellence by contributing to exceeding our department’s goals. We will achieve this by championing extraordinary customer service and driving digital transformation and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

  • The successful candidate will deliver exceptional housing and customer service and be the responsive go-to for inquiries, offering expert advice.
  • They will play a crucial role in termination of tenancy processes and allocation management and be the ambassador for customer-facing services and self-service options.
  • Collaboration with Key Stakeholders is a crucial part of the role as you will be the support system for both internal and external agencies.
