We are recruiting a Senior Finance Business Partner to join our Finance Team, providing a high-quality financial service to Kingdom Group’s subsidiaries and supporting our commitment to delivering as One Kingdom for every customer we serve. Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will work alongside our Senior Team and business leaders to support the creation and delivery of departmental and organisational strategic financial objectives, giving managers across the Group the insight and analysis they need to make informed decisions.

The Role
- Provide a proactive business partnering service to business leaders, helping set realistic financial targets and priorities and identifying opportunities for growth and cost optimisation.
- Coordinate and monitor the work of the Finance Business Partners, ensuring a customer-focused finance service across Kingdom Group.
- Prepare accurate and timely budget monitoring, quarterly management accounts and statutory annual financial statements for the Group’s subsidiaries.
- Build strong relationships with colleagues and external stakeholders, providing training, advice and support on financial matters across the business.

About You
- Is a qualified accountant, with at least three years’ relevant experience and previous line management experience.
- Brings strong commercial awareness, sound judgement and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyse and interpret financial data.
- Builds and maintains strong relationships across all levels of the business, providing clear advice and guidance in line with policy, best practice and regulations.
- Has knowledge of financial regulations and reporting requirements, VAT rules and data protection, with high standards of accuracy and numeracy.
