Technical Services Assistant
Rosehill Housing Association has been operating in the Pollok area of Glasgow for over 30 years and owns and manages over 1000 properties. We currently have the following vacancy:
Location: Pollok, Glasgow
Hours: 35 hours per week
Contract: Fixed Term 6 months (with the possibility of it becoming permanent thereafter)
About the Role
A new opportunity has arisen for a Technical Services Assistant to join our Technical Services Team. The role will initially be on a fixed term basis for 6 months, however, may become a permanent position following review.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting the delivery of high-quality maintenance and property services to our tenants. You will assist with a broad range of activities including compliance monitoring, planned maintenance programmes, adaptations, reactive repairs, void management, insurance claims administration, contractor liaison and performance reporting.
Working closely with colleagues, contractors and tenants, you will help ensure our homes remain safe, well-maintained and compliant with all relevant legislative and regulatory requirements.
You will be a highly organised individual with excellent customer service skills. You will have experience maintaining accurate records, working with a range of stakeholders and managing competing priorities.
Experience within a housing, property maintenance, construction or a related environment is essential.
