Salary: £30,250 (£31,792 from 1st April 2026)
Grade: EVH 5 (PA 13 – 16)
Contract: Temporary Maternity Leave Cover to 18th December 2026

Responsibilities
- We are looking to recruit a highly customer focussed individual with exceptional administrative, communication and organisational skills who is able to operate effectively within a strong performance culture.
- You will play a key administrative support role in the delivery of housing services across a range of activities including rent arrears, factoring, allocations, repairs/maintenance as well as voids, tenancy and estates management.
Qualifications and skills
- The successful candidate will ideally have relevant proven experience (not necessarily in a housing environment).
- Be self-motivated, have excellent interpersonal/communication skills, good computer literacy (ideally in Microsoft packages).
- Must have well developed accuracy, organisational and analytical skills to enable the delivery of high quality services for our customers.
