The Corporate Services Assistant plays a key role in delivering high-quality administrative support across the organisation, with a primary focus on Corporate Services, while also supporting ICT and Human Resources functions.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring the smooth and efficient operations of the office environment
  • Maintaining and monitoring office supplies
  • Supporting organisational systems, processes and admin procedures
  • Assisting in co-ordinating activities and events
  • Planning, recording and monitoring staff training and development activities
  • Providing governance support including committee engagement and meeting preparation
  • Providing HR and ICT admin support

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality administrative support. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage a varied workload across corporate services, HR, and ICT functions. They will be a team player who is equally comfortable working independently, demonstrating initiative and problem-solving skills to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. A positive, flexible approach is essential, along with a commitment to supporting colleagues, improving processes, and contributing to an efficient and well-run organisation.
