Provanhall Housing Association (PHA) are recruiting to fill vacancies on our Board of Management – which sets the strategic direction for the Association.

Responsibilities

PHA currently has 9 members and are looking to complement our existing skills set to ensure a well-rounded Board. We are particularly interested in applicants with experience in the following areas:

  • General Housing knowledge including Policy/Legislation
  • Financial planning, investment or risk management

By joining our Board, you will play a key role in helping PHA shape its goals and have opportunities to build on your professional experience, develop new skills, expand your knowledge, and grow your network.

Commitment and Support

You should be able to commit to approximately 10 meetings per year, normally held on the last Monday of the month between 4.30pm and 6:30pm. Meetings are held in our office in Easterhouse and remotely if required. Other participation and training opportunities are available throughout the year. We will provide you with a detailed induction and support along with focused online and in person training.

Remuneration

Positions on our Board are voluntary, but travel and other reasonable expenses will be reimbursed.
