We are excited to announce an opportunity to join our Asset and Maintenance Team and seek a talented individual to assume the role of Asset Co-ordinator. The selected candidate will assist in the delivery of our asset management strategies and help support our aspirational plans for enhancing our stock portfolio. Working in close collaboration with our Director of Asset Management and Senior Asset Assistant, the position will focus on delivering both planned renewal and cyclical maintenance projects and programmes in a fast-paced role, dealing with a range of duties and customers.
