Trust has an exciting opportunity for a full time Customer Partner (Landlord), a Housing Officer experienced role based at our Edinburgh office on a hybrid basis of home/office working, supporting customers located in Edinburgh, Fife and the Scottish Borders, requiring travel.

You will be:

  • The face of Trust to our customers

  • Ensuring seamless service delivery, right first time for every customer

You will have:

  • A good working knowledge of the housing sector
  • Experience of arrears management, void and allocations, estate management and anti-social behaviour
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent computer literacy skills
  • Experience of Microsoft Office applications

For your enthusiasm and commitment we offer:
