If you like to work in a fast-moving environment with a varied workload, this could be for you. The Housing & Communities department is made up of distinct teams. This includes an Allocations Team and two Neighbourhood teams covering our areas of operation. This role will be based within the Neighbourhood Teams and will have a key role in assisting with the management of rent arrears in line with our Rent Management Policy, carrying out estate management and assisting with tenancy management.
In today’s environment, the ability to work in a changing environment with competing pressures is necessary, and the successful candidate will be a team player with a “can do” attitude and the desire to learn new things while ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service.
This is an excellent opportunity for the right person, to develop their skills in housing management. The successful candidate will hold a valid driver’s licence and should have access to a vehicle for work use.
