We are recruiting a skilled and experienced Asset Manager to join our team based in Glasgow’s vibrant West End. We are looking for candidates who will deliver our Asset Management Strategy.

You will manage our Asset activities and provide informed direction on asset management, stock condition and investment planning. You will be a key member of our Management Team, working operationally with other managers from across the business and strategically with our Leadership Team and Board to drive forward Partick Housing Association’s vision, values and business strategy.

You will have excellent communication, interpersonal, project management and professional skills and be a team player with a positive attitude and clear customer focus. You will have experience in the areas of asset management, stock condition and investment planning, as well as procurement and health.
