Rural Stirling Housing Association is seeking an experienced Housing Services Officer to deliver frontline generic housing services across a defined patch.

You will manage rent arrears, allocations, ASB, and voids while advising on welfare benefits and tenancy sustainment.

You will build strong relationships with tenants, communities and external agencies, driving improvements in neighbourhoods and customer outcomes within a strong performance culture.
