Blackwood Homes and Care is seeking a Compliance Officer to join the Housing Services team and play an important role in ensuring customers live in safe, well-maintained homes. You'll monitor landlord health and safety compliance programmes and ensure actions are progressed with accurate records and timely follow-up.
You'll oversee gas, electrical safety, fire safety, asbestos, water hygiene and legionella, lifting equipment, and damp and mould, working with contractors, colleagues and customers
