Hours: 21 hours per week

Shift Pattern: Working alternate weekends and bank holidays. Required to have full flexibility. Working pattern 07:30-15:00 and 14:40-22:00.

Responsibilities

  • Assist residents with personal care needs, including washing, bathing, dressing and medication administration.
  • Provide interaction, complete activities and support residents throughout the day.
  • Assist with household and domestic tasks such as laundry, shopping, cleaning and paying bills.
  • Prepare meals, drinks and snacks as needed.
  • Encourage and enable residents to follow care plans.
  • Support residents with getting up, going to bed and other daily routines.
  • Ensure resident wellbeing and communicate updates to managers and agencies.
