You’ll help residents live independently in their own apartments, with access to communal spaces and on-site services. The role is paid hourly with a clear progression path through the Extra Care Academy.
No formal qualifications are required; a positive attitude, kindness, and good English are essential. Training is provided, and opportunities to progress into management exist within our schemes.
