As Housing Manager,you willmanagetheday to daydelivery of housing management serviceswithin a designated Extra Care scheme.Ensuringproperties are safe,well-maintainedand meet the needs and wants of our residents, enabling themto livewell with dignity and autonomy.
You willoverseethe upkeep and maintenance of all properties within the scheme, ensuring they not only provide a high standard of living for our residents, but are100%compliant with regulations. Responsible for scheduling repairs and managing contractor relationships, focussing onhigh standardsand value for money.
Customer service skills area must, you will ensure residents feel heard and trust that any housing related concerns are addressed as a priority.You will welcomenew residents to the scheme encouraging engagement with activities and events.

The essential requirements for the role include:
- Provenhousingmanagementexperience
- Strong understanding ofhealth & safety andRoSHRegulations
- Experience ofmanaging andscheduling property maintenance
- Excellent organisational skills, including tenancy management
- Level 4 Senior Housing & Property Management Apprenticeship / CIH Level 4or willing to work towardsif not held
