Responsible for scheduling repairs and managing contractor relationships, focussing onhigh standardsand value for money.Customer service skills area must, you will ensure residents feel heard and trust that any housing related concerns are addressed as a priority.You will welcomenew residents to the scheme encouraging engagement with activities and events.Curious to know more?
