Housing 21 is seeking an Assistant Local Housing Manager to support the Local Housing Manager in delivering a professional housing and support service to residents in our Retirement Living scheme in Rickmansworth.
The role is 3 days per week with consistent days to be agreed with the Local Housing Manager.
The role focuses on tenancy sustainment, resident wellbeing, and engagement with residents and the local community, ensuring the building is safe while fostering a positive, inclusive culture.
