Within the role of Resident Experience Co‑ordinator you will ensure all residents receive a high quality, and meaningful activities programme, to promote social inclusion for all residents and encourage fun and motivational activities which are specific to the scheme/village and are co‑produced with residents. You will work with external stakeholders promoting community engagement within the service and encourage resident involvement and assist in the development of models and procedures for effective engagement.

What we’re looking for:

  • A good knowledge of older people and the issues pertaining to them
  • Experience of working with vulnerable people
  • A good level of digital skills and experience, including the use of Microsoft Products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, MS Teams)
  • Experience of developing and delivering themed activities/events capable of engaging a diverse audience with diverse needs (desirable)
  • Proven track record in delivering a creative and inclusive approach to older people’s wellness and activities (desirable)
  • Experience in managing budgets (desirable)
