Hours: 10 hours per week
Shift Pattern: 2 / 3 days a week depending on business needs and your needs

The role
We are currently looking to recruit a Resident Experience Coordinator. Within the role the successful candidate will provide and co‑ordinate activities of a social and enabling nature for residents living in our Extra Care Courts. You will provide assistance, support and encouragement to residents living at the Court, through the provision of a varied programme of activities, while you also review and monitor the service, encouraging user participation and feedback.

- Experience of working with older people and people with disabilities
- Awareness of the needs of older people
- NVQ in health/care (desirable)
- First aid (desirable)
- Basic hygiene (desirable)
- Moving and handling (desirable)
- Prepared to undertake further training where appropriate
