Assistant Care Manager - 9 Month Fixed Term Contract - Bridlington, East Yorkshire

Shift Pattern:Alternate weekends, early mornings and shifts until early evening

AsAssistant Care Manager,you willmanagetheday to daydelivery ofcare serviceswithin a designated Extra Care scheme.Ensuringresidents receivesafe,high qualitycare tailored to their individual needs,enabling themto livewell with dignity and autonomy.

You willcreate and regularly review personalised care planswith new and existing residents, their families,stakeholdersand carers,ensuringthey meet the needs of each resident andcomply withregulatory requirements and standards.

Overseeingthescheduling of rotas, providing adequate and efficient resourcing for all shiftswith a focus on value for money.You’llbedata driven,monitoringthe performance and quality of care services,identifyingand managing risks effectively.

Customer service skills area must,as first point of contact for ourresidents,familiesandpartner agencies,you will ensure residentsfeel heard, supportedand trust that anyrequirementsare addressed as a priority.

Whatwe’relooking for

The essential requirements for the role include:

  • Provenmanagement/ supervisory experience in care services
  • Strong understanding ofcare planning and safeguarding
  • Strong understanding ofregulatory requirements, including CQC standards
  • Experience ofmanaging and scheduling staff rotas
  • Excellent organisationandproblem solvingskills
  • Level 4 Lead Practitioner in Adult Care or equivalentor willing to work towardsif not held
