The role involves assisting the Housing and Partnership Manager in ensuring resident involvement is intrinsically linked to delivering excellent housing services and enabling residents to live independently within a designated Extra Care scheme.
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in housing or property management with a focus on resident facing services and engagement
- Solid understanding of health and safety and other RoSH regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with residents, colleagues, and contractors
- Strong organisational and administrative skills, including maintaining accurate records and managing competing priorities
- A collaborative working style, with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Familiarity with tenancy management processes and housing management systems
- A good level of digital skills and experience, including the use of Microsoft Products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, MS Teams)
- Willing to work towards Level 3 Housing Apprenticeship (if not held)
