Hours: 32 hours per week
Shift Pattern: 4 night shifts per week on a rota 10pm to 7am

The role involves undertaking housing related tasks during the hours the Court Manager is off duty in order to provide an efficient response service to emergencies within the building and effective liaison with internal departments and outside agencies involved in the provision of Older Peoples Services.

- Office/administration experience
- Experience working in a frontline customer facing environment
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Good problem solving and decision making skills
- Educated to GCSE standard or equivalent through training and/or experience
