We are currently looking to recruit a Day Centre Support Worker to join our Extra Care team here at Housing 21. Within the role you will contribute to the effective and efficient function of the day centre, to the highest standards, by providing a day care service which meets with the physical, social, emotional recreational and therapeutic needs of older people.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide a day care service which meets the physical, social, emotional recreational and therapeutic needs of older people.

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience of working with vulnerable people
  • Experience of working with people with various support needs
  • Experience of working constructively as part of a team
  • GCSE or equivalent standard in English and Maths
  • NVQ Level 2 accreditation or willingness to learn
