Overview

Are you passionate about making a positive difference and providing high quality services? Do you care about people? Housing 21 is growing and looking for dedicated people to join our team. In Extra Care, residents live independently in their own homes within schemes with communal facilities. The role of Assistant Housing Manager is to ensure residents receive a high quality and responsive housing management service in a safe and secure environment, including providing support where necessary, and encouraging independence and choice. The successful candidate will ensure that landlord duties are discharged in accordance with Housing 21 policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Provide a professional high quality service to older and/or vulnerable people
  • Deal with sensitive and confidential information
  • Maintain a good general standard of education with GCSE passes in English and Maths
  • Provide substantial administrative support
  • Where applicable, supervisory or management qualifications, or Housing Management qualifications
