We’re now looking for a BuildingInformationModelling(BIM)Manager to join our TechnicalAssuranceandDesignManagement(TADM)Team.

The BIM Manager post is required to develop and manage the BIM and Digital Asset Management activities for the Restoration and Renewal Programme Delivery Authority.

They will be responsible for specification scoping, strategy and implementation to drive the development of project level digital design in accordance with Programme standards and provide quality assurance of data deliverables.

The following skills and experience are essential to your success in this role:

  • Degree/equivalent qualification (or equivalent-level technical experience) in a related subject of BIM, Surveying, Engineering or similar

  • Majorconstructionprojectorinfrastructureprogrammeexperience

  • GoodknowledgeofusingAutoCADandRevit

  • ExcellentunderstandingofestablishedBIMprocessandtoolsets

Salary circa £65,000 per annum

Security

Successful candidates will be required to complete security vetting to a minimum Counter Terrorist Check (CTC) level obtained through the Parliamentary Security Department (PSD). Candidates are required to pass these checks before a start date can be confirmed.

Applicants should also be aware that, depending on the role applied for, if they have resided outside of the UK for a total of more than two of the last five years, they may not be eligible for vetting.
