We are seeking a Technical Assurance Data Coordinator to join our Technical Assurance Design Management Team. In this role you will use analytical skills and digital expertise to improve reporting, streamline workflows, and ensure critical information is accurate, accessible and trusted across the programme. You will transform manual and fragmented processes into streamlined, system‑led solutions using tools such as Power BI, SharePoint, Power Automate and Aconex.
Key responsibilities include:
- Establishing reliable reporting
- Improving governance information
- Creating a single source of truth that supports effective decision‑making across the programme
- Maintaining and improving trackers, registers, dashboards and reports
- Supporting workflow across projects
- Providing administrative coordination as required
- Identifying opportunities to simplify processes, reduce manual effort and improve the quality and consistency of information across multiple systems
Qualifications:
- Degree in Engineering, Data Analytics, Information Management or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Power BI and SharePoint, with experience working with structured data and developing reports and dashboards
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively to deadlines
- A proactive, hands‑on approach and willingness to take ownership of tasks, solve problems and continuously improve processes
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and concisely to a range of audiences
Salary: circa £40,000 per annum.
