Are you highly organised, proactive, and ready to make an impact? We are looking for an Executive Assistant to provide confidential, high-level support to our Chief Executive Officer and Senior Management Team. Housemark is a well-established Data business supporting the Social Housing sector, helping Housing Associations and Local Councils improve their operations and deliver higher levels of tenant satisfaction delivered by the power of data insights.
We have highly ambitious plans to grow our business over the next three years and introduce a next generation data analytics platform for the sector to further improve how our customers can identify actionable insights to drive their performance.
In this key role, you’ll:
- Deliver full secretarial and administrative support to the CEO
- Manage Board governance and administration processes
- Oversee our Coventry office facilities and services
You’ll develop and manage the administrative aspects of Housemark’s Board Governance and administration framework and manage the company’s Coventry based office facilities and services.
