Location: Kendal (multi-site work)
This role combines hands-on cleaning with responsibility for standards across multiple sites. You won't just be completing cleans — you'll be making sure they're done properly. That includes checking completed work, supporting the team during shifts and helping new starters understand how we operate.
What the Role Involves
- Checking completed cleans before sign-off
- Supporting cleaners during busy periods
- Training and inducting new team members
- Identifying and correcting anything that doesn't meet standard
You’ll also be expected to step in and clean when needed, so this is still a hands-on role.
What We Expect From You
This role comes with more responsibility than a standard cleaning position. We’re looking for someone who:
- Has strong attention to detail and notices what others miss
- Is reliable and shows up when scheduled
- Is confident supporting and guiding others
- Takes ownership of the overall standard, not just their own work
You should be comfortable working independently and making decisions on site.
