As Housekeeping Supervisor what you’ll be doing:
- Ensuring and maintaining all guest bedrooms and guest areas to a high standard leading by example whether working with the Head Housekeeping or leading the team yourself
- Training team members on the standards agreed between you and our Head Housekeeper
- Developing team engagement while improving working styles, hotel standards and our guests' overall experience
- Demonstrating your passion and pride as you maintain our hotel’s standards
- Finding new and more efficient ways of working
This is a hands-on role providing the opportunity to lead from the front and demonstrate a passion for our incredible industry while training to progress within the team.
