We are looking for a reliable and welcoming Night Porter to join our team, working three nights per week from 10pm until 8am.
Responsibilities

Welcoming late arrivals and assisting guests with check-in and enquiries

Providing friendly and helpful service to guests throughout the night

Carrying out regular checks of the hotel to help maintain a safe and secure environment

Keeping public areas clean, tidy and presentable

Assisting with overnight cleaning and other general hotel duties

Preparing areas of the hotel for the following day's service

Responding to guest requests and dealing with any issues calmly and professionally

Following hotel security, health and safety procedures

Completing any necessary handovers and overnight records
Requirements

A reliable, responsible and trustworthy approach to work

A friendly manner and a genuine commitment to guest service

The ability to work independently and use initiative

Good communication and organisational skills

Confidence handling guest queries and resolving problems where possible

Flexibility to work nights, weekends and bank holidays

Previous experience in a hotel or customer-facing role would be beneficial
