We are currently seeking enthusiastic, friendly and detail-focused individuals to join our Housekeeping team at The Atlantic Hotel. This is a varied and hands-on role, ensuring our guest rooms and public areas are maintained to the highest standards to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Change bed linens and towels, ensuring all items are fresh and properly arranged.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum floors, and dust surfaces to maintain a spotless environment.
- Restock supplies such as toiletries, cleaning products, and linens as needed.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to management promptly.
- Follow health and safety guidelines diligently to ensure a safe working environment.
- Assist with specialised cleaning tasks such as carpet cleaning or deep cleans when required.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest requests politely and efficiently.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in housekeeping or commercial cleaning is preferred.
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members.
- Organised with excellent attention to detail to uphold high standards of cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable with a proactive approach to completing tasks efficiently.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to cleaning and hospitality environments.
