In your role as a Valet Attendant within our Accommodation Services family, you will be surrounded by a dynamic and passionate team working in a fast-paced environment. Creativity will be key to your role and success, as you will be committed to providing the best service to our guests.

We are looking for a warm, professional, and attentive Valet Attendant to join our Accommodation Services team at Royal Lancaster London. As the first and last point of contact for our guests, you will play an integral role in delivering a genuine and personalised welcome, setting the tone for an exceptional stay. With a natural passion for service and an eye for detail, you will ensure each guest experience begins and ends with effortless hospitality and care.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional customer service, excellent communication skills, and a genuine passion for hospitality. We are seeking individuals with prior experience as a Valet Attendant in a 4 or 5 star hotel environment who understand the importance of creating a warm, professional, and seamless guest experience.

This is an exciting role for a talented individual who is looking for a new challenge and wants to join a fast-paced and high-performing hotel team renowned for their approach and delivery of unparalleled service:

• To collect department keys from guest safety as per SOP at shift start and return them responsibly at the end of the shift.
• Sort, wash, dry, fold, iron, and package laundry items according to type and care instructions.
• To operate washers, dryers, and other laundry equipment, including a dry-cleaning machine, efficiently and safely.
• To ensure guests’ laundry, dry cleaning, and pressing are collected within 10 minutes and delivered back according to SOP and guests’ requests.
• To greet and use the guest's name when collecting from the room. To make eye contact with the guest and display a genuine, friendly approach.
